New Concepts Properties was founded in 1985 by Betty Gambrell who will serve as the manager of the Wildewood Springs office.

According to Betty, the time was right to merge with a larger company that could better service our existing and future clientele. One of the reasons for the merger was the extensive marketing Wagner is known for as well as its reputation throughout Manatee and Sarasota.

"Personally, I feel this will be a real bonus move for our clientele and will offer more advertising exposure to assist in the sale of our clients' properties," Gambrell said.
